Fair rules for cancellation, rescheduling and refunds — written honestly, without tricks or hidden clauses.
We book real time slots with real companions. When a meeting is cancelled at the last minute, her time is already blocked and no one else can take that slot. So we keep the rules fair — honest to you, honest to her. Need to reschedule? Reach us anytime.
Cancel early — full adjustment or refund. Cancel late — partial. Cancel at the door — sorry, no refund. But we always listen, so in real emergencies we try to help, not stick to rules.
Refund amount depends on how much time is left before your booked slot.
Cancel 12 hours or more before the booked time. No charge from our side. We adjust the amount for a future booking or refund it fully.
100% backStill enough time to adjust, but some of our prep is already done. A small admin fee is held back. Rest is returned or carried forward.
75% backTime is short. The companion has started her preparation and travel plan. Half the amount is held, half is returned.
50% backToo late — the slot is locked and the companion is on the way. We cannot offer any refund here, but we'll always note it down and stay in touch for next time.
0% backIn these cases the timing slabs don't apply. You get the full amount, every single time.
If the booked companion is not able to come for any reason and we cannot arrange a replacement you agree to — full money is returned. Same day.
If the companion who arrives doesn't clearly match the profile photos on the site, you can politely refuse. Full refund, no argument.
If the companion is late by more than 45 minutes and you can't wait any longer — we return the full amount or reschedule with a bonus slot.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable for a genuine safety reason (before the meeting starts), the booking is cancelled and your money is returned.
Please read this part before you book. These are situations where money cannot be returned, and we want you to know in advance so there is no bad feeling later.
These are rare cases, but we list them clearly so everyone stays on the same page.
We keep it simple. No long forms, no waiting for weeks. Most refunds are done within 24 to 48 hours.
Send one WhatsApp message — "please cancel my booking". That is enough to start the process.
Our team checks the timing and tells you the exact refund amount as per the slab.
If you paid by UPI, refund goes back to the same UPI ID. For cash, we request a UPI or bank detail from your side.
The amount is sent within one to two working days. You will get a screenshot of the transfer.
Once you receive it, please send a quick "received" message. Everything is closed from both sides.
Most of our clients choose to push the booking to another day instead of cancelling. No fee, no loss, and we even give a small time bonus for the inconvenience. Just tell us a new preferred day and we'll try our best to fit you in.
If there is a genuine medical emergency, family issue, or any serious personal problem — just be honest with us. Policy or no policy, we'll find a way to help. We are humans first, a service second.
